Our institute

Our institute was formed at the beginning of 2000. The institutes main activities are accommodating technical visits, seminars and courses, facilitate research and provide consultation and network support to members of SGIA.

Green Roof Award

The Scandinavian Green Roof Prize has been awarded annually to the best green roof project in Scandinavia since 2000. The prize tradition is intended to inspire the green roof market toward excellence and to raise public and professional awareness about the multiple benefits of green roofs.
